Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة 20 أوت 1955- سكيكدة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد تكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على ثمانية أبعاد، وقد تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (70) أستاذ خلال السنة الجامعية 2021-2022 وتم استرجاع (66) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام (spss) كانت أهم نتائج الدراسة: هناك مستوى متوسط لجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة 20 أوت 1955- سكيكدة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-جامعة 20 أوت 1955 سكيكدة- تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولمتغير الرتبة العلمية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-جامعة 20 أوت 1955 سكيكدة- تعزى لمتغير السن، ولمتغير مدة الخدمة. Abstract : This study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life of a university professor at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of 20 August 1955 - Skikda. to achieve the goal of the study, we relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and it consisted of (50) paragraphs distributed over eight dimensions, and it was distributed to a random sample of (70) professors during the academic year 2021-2022, and (66) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, and after analysis Statistical data using (spss) were the most important results of the study: There is an average level of quality of work life for a university professor in the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of 20 August 1955 - Skikda, there are statistically significant differences in the respondents' answers about the level of quality of work life in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - University of 20 August 1955 Skikda - due to the variable of gender and the variable of scientific rank. there are no statistically significant differences in the respondents' answers about the level of quality of work life in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and .Management Sciences - University of 20 August 1955 Skikda - due to the age variable, and the variable length of service
