Résumé: ملخص: تهدف دراسة ترشيد نفقات ميزانية بلدية بوراشد للسنة 2018، إلى إبراز مدى التحكم في تسيير الأموال العمومية، باعتباره نواة التنمية المحلية. وهي تتناول مختلف العمليات التي تعين في تسيير المصالح العمومية وخدماتها. وقد صيغت خطة بمنهجية البرمجة الخطية لترشيد نفقات قسم التسيير في هذه الميزانية. وتتناول هذه الخطة أيضا الإجراءات التي يتعين إدخالها في اعتمادات هذه النفقات لجعلها فعالة. وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن خطة البرمجة الخطية المستعملة في توزيع النفقات في ميزانية بوراشد لسنة 2018 يمكن الاسترشاد بها مستقبلا، مع اشتمالها لنفقات الأعمال التي غُيبت في هذه الميزانية. Abstract: The purpose of rationalizing the budget expenditures of the Bourashad municipality for the year 2018 is to highlight the extent of control over the management of public funds, as the nucleus of local development. It deals with the various processes that are involved in the conduct of public interests and services. A plan has been drafted with the linear programming methodology to rationalize the operating department's expenditures in this budget. This plan also addresses the procedures to be included in the appropriation of these expenditures to make them effective. The results of the study proved that the written programming plan used in the distribution of expenditures in the budget for 2018 for the future can be guided in the future, with the inclusion of business expenses that were absent in this budget.
