مدينة قسنطينة في الفترة القديمة بين تاريخها العريق و نقص الإثباتات الأثرية

Résumé: تحدثنا كتب التاريخ القديم عن عمران و عمارة قسنطينة، كرتا القديمة، بأبهى العبارات و هذا غير مستبعد إذا علمنا أنها و في معظم مراحلها التاريخية احتلت رتب رفيعة. فهي تارة عاصمة مملكة (في المرحلة النوميدية) أو عاصمة مقاطعة (في بداية المرحلة الرومانية) او عاصمة امبراطورية انطلاقا من حكم الإمبراطور قسطنطين الذي أعطاها اسمه لمزيد من التشريف. للأسف لا تترجم المعطيات الأثرية هذا الماضي العريق على أرض الواقع و يرجع ذلك لسببين، أولهما اندثار المعالم الأثرية في العهد الاستعماري و الثاني قلة كفاءة المشتغلين بالآثار آنذاك. الآن، وبعد ان امتلكت الجزائر موارد بشرية مهمة في مجال علم الآثار يمكننا تدارك هذا النقص بوضع ميكانيزمات إدارية و علمية تضمن لنا استخراج ما تبقى من ثروة أثرية مخزونة تحت الأرض لعلنا نستطيع أخيرا ومن خلالها، الوصول الى الإثباتات الأثرية التي تبرهن عن هذا الماضي العريق لمدينة قسنطينة. The ancient history books talked about Imran and the architecture of Constantine, Old Karta, in the most beautiful terms, and this is not excluded if we know that in most of its historical stages it occupied high ranks. Sometimes it is the capital of a kingdom (in the Numidian phase) or the capital of a province (at the beginning of the Roman phase) or the capital of an empire starting from the rule of Emperor Constantine, who gave it his name for more honor. Unfortunately, archaeological data do not translate this ancient past into reality for two reasons. The first is the disappearance of archaeological monuments in the colonial era, and the second is the lack of competence of archaeologists at that time. Now, after Algeria possessed important human resources in the field of archeology, we can remedy this deficiency by setting up administrative and scientific mechanisms that guarantee us the extraction of the rest of the archaeological wealth stored underground, so that we may finally be able, through it, to reach the archaeological evidence that proves this ancient past of the city.
