دور السياسة النقدية في استهداف التضخم دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2022)

Résumé: الملخص: لقد مرت السياسة النقدية في الجزائر بعدة مراحل وذلك ما فرضته الظروف والمتغيرات الاقتصادية عليها، حيث عملت الدولة على تصحيح مسار السياسة النقدية على مراحل، الأمر الذي ظهر جليا بعد سنة 1990 ومن هنا سعت السلطات النقدية إلى تحقيق حملة من الأهداف من بينها محاولة تخفيض معدلات التضخم، وذلك من خلال سياسة استهداف التضخم، ومنه فان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة دور السياسة النقدية في استهداف التضخم، وبالتالي تبين أن سياسة استهداف التضخم لم تنجح في الجزائر مما يدل على أن السياسة | النقدية لم تلعب دور فعال في استهداف التضخم وهذا راجع لغياب متطلبات تطبيقها في الجزائر Abstract: Monetary policy in Algeria has gone through several stages, as imposed by economic conditions and changes. The state worked to correct the course of monetary policy following many stages, which became apparent after the year 1990. Hence, the monetary authorities sought to achieve a number of goals, including trying to reduce inflation rates. through the inflation targeting policy, Therefore the aim of this study is to study the role of monetary policy in targeting inflation, and thus it turns out that the inflation targeting policy did not succeed in Algeria, which indicates that monetary policy did not play an effective role in targeting inflation and this is due to the absence of requirements Its application in Algeria.
