السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه القضايا والأزمات العربية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل السياسة الخارجية للصين تجاه أهم القضايا والأزمات الراهنة التي يعرفها العالم العربي، فالصين بصفتها دولة صاعدة وقوة دولية على مستوى النظام الدولي أصبحت سياساتها الخارجية أكثر تأثيرا وهذا راجع لمعطيات ومحددات جديدة، وباعتبارها أيضا شريكا اقتصاديا وسياسيا مهما لكثير من الدول العربية، وعليه تم تسليط الضوء على مخرجات السياسة الخارجية للصين تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، وكذلك تجاه الأزمات العربية الراهنة التي ظهرت بعد 2011، خاصة في سوريا، ليبيا واليمن التي ما زالت تداعياتها مستمرة إلى يومنا هذا، حيث تباينت مواقف الصين تجاهها تبعا لمجموعة من المتغيرات والمعطيات الداخلية والدولية. The study aims to analyze China's foreign policy towards the most important issues and current crises known to the Arab world, China as a rising country and a major international power at the level of the international system has become more influential and this is due to new data and determinants, and also as an important economic and political partner for many Arab countries, and therefore highlighted the foreign policy outputs of China towards the Palestinian issue, as well as towards the crises that emerged after 2011, especially in Syria, Libya and Yemen, whose repercussions continue to this day, as China's attitudes toward it have varied according to a range of internal and international variables and data
