السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه المنطقة العربية الجزائر أنموذجا 2000-2018 م.

Résumé: تقوم الدراسة على تبيان أهمية المنطقة العربية بالنسبة للصين نظرا لما تتكتسبه المنطقة العربية من محددات، وقد سعت الصين إلى بلورة سلوكها الخارجي عن طريق الاهتمام المتزايد بالمنطقة العربية ذلك لحاجة الصين لحصولها على موارد إضافية لتعزيز ومواكبة نموها الاقتصادي المشهود في ضل سياسة الانفتاح التي تنتهجها الصين وفق مقاربة القوة الناعمة، ومما زاد من حجم العلاقات بين الجانب الصيني والجانب العربي هو ذلك الرابط التاريخي القديم الذي يربط الطرفين ببعضهما البعض، وتجلى ذلك في طريق الحرير بصيغته القديمة والجديدة وذلك لربط الصين مختلف الدول وخاصة العربية بخارطة الصين الجديدة. ان اختيار الجزائر كنموذج جاء ليوضح طبيعة السلوك الخارجي الصيني تجاه الجزائر خاصة في جانب العلاقات بين الصين والجزائر عبر مختلف أبعادها التاريخية والسياسية والاقتصادية وتشتد المنافسة بين الصين والقوى الكبرى الأوربية على بسط نفوذها في منطقة الشمال الإفريقي والجزائر خاصة. Study Summary: The study to demonstrate the importance of the Arab region for China because of the Arab region of the determinants, China has sought to develop external behavior by the growing interest in the Arab region to need China's access to additional resources to strengthen and keep pace with economic growth acclaimed lost in the opening-up policy of China, according to soft power approach, and increasing the size of the relations between the Chinese side and the Arab side is that the historic link that binds the two parties to each other, and reflected in the silk as old and new road linking China to various countries, especially Arab Map of New China.
