عصرنة الادارة الجبائية كآلية لتعزيز الثقة و تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة

Résumé: تسعى الإدارة الجبائية من خلال برنامج العصرنة إلى تعزيز الثقة مع المكلفين بالضريبة وتحسين علاقاتها معهم وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرض لأهم الإجراءات المعتمدة من طرف الهياكل الجديدة المستحدثة لتحسين نوعية الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة لما لها من أهمية بالغة لكلا الطرفين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الهياكل المستحدثة بموجب الإصلاحات لها دور فعال في كسب رضا المكلفين بالضريبة على نوعية الخدمات المقدمة إليهم. The tax administration aims through modernization to enhance the confidence of taxpayers and improve its relationship with them. On this basis, the objective of this study is to address the most important measures adopted by the newly developed structures to improve the quality of services provided to taxpayers because of their great importance to both parties. The study found that the structures created according to the reforms have an effective role in gaining the satisfaction of taxpayers with the quality of services provided to them.
