عصرنة الادارة الجبائية في الجزائر و دورها في تحسين العلاقات مع المكلفين بالضريبة

Résumé: أدت التطورات التي شهدتها الجزائر ابتداءا من مطلع التسعينات إلى ضرورة تبني إصلاحات في معظم القطاعات الاقتصادية، وباعتبار الإدارة الجبائية طرف معني فقد باشرت في ورشة العصرنة على نطاق واسع تهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة مصالحها و التشريعات المنظمة لها و تبسيط إجراءاتها و تحسين أدائها، حيث تسعى من خلال هذا المشروع إلى انشاء إدارة الكترونية ترتكز أ ساسا على رقمنة العمليات الجبائية بغية تحسين و تطوير طرق التسيير و كذا تسهيل التعاملات الجبائية مع المواطن و منه تحسين العلاقة الضريبية بين الإدارة الجبائية و المكلف بالضريبة The development Algeria starting in the early 1990 led to the necessity of adopting reforms in most economic sectors, and considering the tax administration as a concerned party, it has embarked on a large-scale modernization workshop aimed at restructuring its interests and the legislations regulating it simplifying its procedures and improving its performance. During this project, the establishment an electronic administration focused mainly on the digitization of tax operations in order to improve and develop methods of management, as well as to facilitate tax transactions, and from it to improve the tax relationship between the tax administration and the taxpayer.
