التدخل العسكري الروسي في سوريا: قراءة في الخيارات الاستراتيجية والتداعيات الإقليمية

Résumé: ملخص: تُعتبرُ سوريا مفتاح التوازنات الإقليمية والدولية في الشرق الأوسط نظرا لأهميتها الحيوية، وهو ما يعكس اهتمام القوى الإقليمية والدولية بها، على غرار روسيا التي سعت إلى تعزيز تواجدها العسكري ودعم نظام بشار الأسد للحفاظ على مصالحها السياسية، والاقتصادية، والأمنية في سوريا. إلى جانب عرقلتها لكل المحاولات الرامية لإسقاط الأسد، من خلال رفض فكرة التدخل الأجنبي وتكرار سيناريو ليبيا، وعلى هذا النّحو شكل التدخل العسكري الروسي في سوريا مفاجأة للمجتمع الدولي كما قد خلق في الآن ذاته ديناميكية جديدة في الحرب السورية، نتيجة تمكن قوات النظام من استعادة أجزاء واسعة من الأراضي التي كانت تحت سيطرة المعارضة المدعومة من قبل الفواعل الإقليمية. Abstract: Syria is the key to regional and international balances in the middle east, given its vital importance, which reflects the interest of regional and international powers in it, such as Russia, which sought to enhance its military presence and support Bashar – Al- Assad regime to preserve its political, economic and security interest in Syria, as well as abstracting all attempts to topple Al- Assad, by rejecting the idea of foreign intervention and repetition of the Libya scenario, and as such the Russian military intervention in Syria surprised the international community, at the same time created a new dynamic in the Syrian war, as result of the regime forcer ability to recover large parts of land that were under the control of the supported opposition by regional actors.
