التدخل العسكري الروسي في سوريا دراسة في الدوافع والتداعيات

Résumé: تعتبر روسيا من أهم الدول على الساحة الدولية وهذا لأنها تلعب دور لاعب دولي رئيسا في مجلس الأمن التابع لهيئة الأمم المتحدة،و كذلك تسعى إلى أن تستعيد مناطق نفوذها ،ونظرا لان سوريا تمثل حليف روسيا الوحيد خصوصا في لعبة المصالح،و الصراع الذي حدث في سوريا جعلها تتدخل في الأزمة لتعزيز مصالحها،حول ذلك قمت بدراسة هذا الموضوع و تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول. بدايتا مع دراسة موقع سوريا و الأهمية الجيوبوليتكية التي تحظى بها دونا عن مناطق العالـم ودونا عن البلدان العربية على وجه الخصوص،و كذا ما يجمع كل من روسيا و سوريا من العلاقات كانت و لا تزال جد وطيدة في عدة مجالات أهمها المجال الاقتصادي و العسكري و كذا السياسي منذ قيام الدولة السورية الى غاية بداية الأزمة السورية. أما في الفصل الثاني تطرقنا فيه إلى دراسة الأزمة السورية دراسة معمقة وإرهاصات بدايتها،وكذا طبيعة الأطراف المساهمة في إدارة النزاع داخلية أو خارجية على حد سواء،و جملة المواقف الدولية و الإقليمية التي خلفتها على سياسات الدول و مواقف التعامل مع الأزمة، وكذا محاولة تحليل السياسة الخارجية لكل من الروسي و السوري ، لأنها تعتبر المحرك الأساسي لأي سلوك خارجي لأي دولة. أما في الفصل الأخير،فيتناول دراسة في دوافع التدخل العسكري في الأزمة السورية و جملة التداعيات التي خلفتها هذا التدخل على المستوى العالمي و الإقليمي و على روسيا و سوريا على وجه الخصوص لنتوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التدخل العسكري الروسي في الأزمة هو حقيقة عودة روسيا إلى المنطقة ولم يكن تدخلها في سوريا سوى سعيها لاستعادة مكانتها في النظام الدولي كقوة عظمى ورغبة في إيجاد نظام دولي جديد متعدد الأقطاب. Russia is one of the most important countries on the international arena,because it plays the role of a major international player in the security council of the united nations ,and because Syria is the only ally of Russia and especially at the game of interests,the conflict in Syria made it intervene in the crisis to promote its interests,about this i studied this subject and divided the study into three chapters. the start with the location of Syria and its geopolitical importance who enjoys neither in regions of the world nor the Arab countries in particular , and the relation between Russia and Syria has been and is still very solid in many fields , the most important are the economic field ,the military field and the political field since the establishment of Syrian state until the beginning of the Syrian crisis In the second chapter we study the crisis of Syria a deep study , and the quality of parties who contributing to the internal or external conflict management both and a set of international and regional position who its successor on the policies of states and the positions dealing with the crisis , and trying to analyze the foreign policy of both the Russian and the Syrian because it is the main engine of any external behavior of any country In the last chapter , it examines the motives of military intervention in the crisis of Syria and a set of implications of this interventions at the global and international level and at Russia and Syria in particular to reach a conclusion that the Russian military intervention in the crisis is the reality of the return of Russia to the region and its involvement in Syria was only to regain its status in the international system like a great power and a wish to find a new international system multipolar
