Résumé: The study aims to shed light on the reality of the application of digital transformation in the public treasury because the application of the digital project makes the administration closer to the citizens by facilitating access to digital platforms in the future and following the procedures of administrative files remotely, and this would build a successful communication relationship between the administration and citizens, and improve the facility The year through mastery of the modern mechanisms of digitization techniques, from this standpoint requires monitoring all possibilities for the application of digitization, which has become important in building effective administrative systems to embody plans and policies. Therefore, efforts and initiatives had to be coordinated to face the challenges and obstacles that pose the priority of adopting the digital transformation project. An analysis was made The hypotheses were quantitatively and qualitatively tested and tested statistically to be able to address the problematic of the study, and we also reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the absence of digitization leads to a low level of public service, there is a correlation between the efficiency of the human element and the level of public services in the treasury, and that ctivating the digital infrastructure contributes to facing obstacles to improving Public service, and a set of commendations were confirmed, the most important of which is the priority of raising the efficiency of the human resource and providing a comprehensive digital infrastructure to achieve quality in the level of services and bring management closer to the citizen
