إعداد البحث العلمي في العلوم القانونية

Résumé: : إن تطوير البحوث العلمية مرتبط بإتباع و التقيد بمنهجية إعداد البحوث العلمية، فالطريقة التي يتبعها الباحث في إعداد بحثه العلمي هي التي تسمح له بالوصول إلى نتائج ذات قيمة علمية، فالنجاح في طريقة إعداد البحث يسمح بنجاح البحث العلمي و منه تطوير البحث العلمي و تطوير مختلف الدول. منهجية إعداد البحوث القانونية تتطلب المرور بمراحل مختلفة أهمها اختيار موضوع البحث و مشكلته، جمع المادة العلمية و قراءتها، تقسيم البحث و أخيرا كتابة البحث العلمي و إخراجه في شكله النهائي، فلابد من احترام كل هذه المراحل و التقيد بالقواعد المرتبطة بكل مرحلة، بالإضافة إلى إتباع منهج علمي معين و استعمال أدوات البحث. The development of scientific research is linked to following and adhering to the methodology of preparing scientific resrarch.The method followed by the researcher in preparing his scientific research is what allows him to reach results of scientific value .Success in the method of preparing research allows for the success of scientific research,including the development of scientific research and the development of various countries The methodology for preparing legal research requires going through various stages, the most important of which is choosing the research topic and problem,collecting and reading the scientific material,dividing the research,and finally writing the scientific research and producing it in its final form.All of these stages must be respected and the rules associated with each stage must be adhered to,in addition to following a specific scientific method and the use research tools
