قياس قدرةالسياسة الجبائيةعلى تفعيل النّمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018)

Résumé: This study aims to measure the ability of fiscal policy to promote economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2018. Fiscal policy is an important instrument of financial policy by which the government can influence macroeconomic variables and tackle imbalances. The first chapter is a presentation of the most basic theoretical concepts of fiscal policy, and economic growth, and an analysis of the performance of economic growth and the progress of Algeria's fiscal yield during the study period. The second chapter deals with the most important theories of economic thought of growth that link the study variables. The last chapter is an econometric study using the method of Cointegration by applying the models of the autoregressive distributed lag and equilibrium correction (ARDL) using EViews 12 program. The econometric study concludes that there is a significant positive correlation in the short and long term between petroleum revenue tax and economic growth. However, ordinary taxation has a negative effect on economic growth in the short and long term.
