آلية التقـاضي الالكـتروني في البيئة الرقمية

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: يعتبر التقاضي الالكتروني انطلاقة نوعية في مجال العدالة القضائية لما له من أهمية في تبسيط وسرعة إجراءات التقاضي والمساهمة في المعلومات ومنها سهولة الاطلاع عليها وحسن النظر والفصل فيها كل هذا العكس اتقان عمل المحاكم والقضاء على مشاكل العدالة التقليدية التي تتسم ببطء في الإجراءات واثقل كاهل المتقاضي في الحصول على حقوقهم الدستورية Abstract in English : E-litigation is a breakthrough in the field of judicial justice because of its importance in simplifying and speeding up litigation procedures and contributing to information, including easy access to it and good consideration and separation. All this is the opposite of perfecting the work of the courts and eliminating the problems of traditional justice that are slow in the procedures and burdens the applicant On their constitutional rights
