Résumé: هذا المقال هو دراسة للإدارة الاستعمارية المحلية في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1830-1902، حيث قمنا بدراسة التطور التدريجي للإدارة المحلية - الإدارة الإقليمية والإدارة البلدية- من النظام العسكري إلى النظام المدني، وكذا دور المعمرين فيها ووضعية الجزائريين. This article is a study of the local colonial administration in Algeria during the period between 1830-1902, where we study the gradual development of local administration - regional administration and municipal administration - from the military system to the civil system, as well as the role of European settlers in it and the situation of Algerians
