اتجاهات المعلمين والمدراء نحو استراتيجية دمج المعاقين ذهنيا بالمدارس الابتدائية Trends Of Teachers And Principals Towards The Strategy Of Integrating Mentally Disabled Children Into Primary Schools

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات كل من المعلمين والمدراء نحو عملية دمج الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية في المدارس العادية، والتعرف على ما إذا كانت اتجاهاتهم تتأثر بمتغيرات الجنس، الوظيفة، الخبرة المهنية، ومجال التخصص، ولهذا الغرض تم تصميم استبيانه للتحقق من أهداف الدراسة بعد تجربتها خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية، تكونت الاستبانة من (19) فقرة ضمت (10) عبارات إيجابية و(9) عبارات سلبية، طبقت على عينة قوامها (73) مبحوث موزعين كالتالي (38) معلم ومعلمة (35) مدير ومديرة بالمدارس الابتدائية التي تتضمن أقسام مدمجة خاصة بفئة المعاقين ذهنيا بولاية الشلف خلال الفصل الأول والثاني من الموسم الدراسي (2019-2020) كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، حيث يمكن من وصف وتحليل تلك الاتجاهات، مما يؤدي إلى التوصل إلى نتائج دقيقة وعملية، قامت الباحثة بمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) كما تم استخدام اختبار "ت" لبيان الفروق الإحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية. خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج التي تم تحليلها ومناقشتها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة ، كما تم الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات بناءا على ما توصلت له الدراسة والتجربة الشخصية في مجال العمل مع فئة الإعاقة الذهنية. The current study aimed to identify the trends of both teachers and principals towards the process of integrating children with intellectual disabilities in regular schools, and to determine whether their trends are influenced by the variables of gender, job, professional experience, and field of specialization, and for this purpose the questionnaire was designed to verify the objectives of the study after its experience during the study The questionnaire consisted of (19) paragraphs containing (10) positive expressions and (9) negative expressions, applied to a sample of (73) researchers distributed as follows (38) teachers and teachers (35) principals and principals of primary schools that include Integrated sections for the mentally handicapped group in the state of Shalf during the first and second semester of the school season (2019-2020) were also relied on the descriptive analytical method, where it is possible to describe and analyze these trends, leading to accurate and practical results, the researcher processed the data statistically using the statistical bag of social sciences (spss) and the statistical test was used to show the statistical differences between mathematical averages. The study concluded a set of results that were analyzed and discussed in the light of previous studies, and a set of recommendations was produced based on the study's findings and personal experience in working with the mental disability category.
