Résumé: يعتبر موضوع الحكومة الإلكترونية من المواضيع الراهنة التي باتت تنال اهتمام الباحثين و المهتمين بالتكنولوجيات الحديثة ، لأن تحسين الخدمات الإدارية التي تأخذ في الحسبان استفادة المواطنين من تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات و حصولهم على المعلومات بطريقة فورية وسريعة من خلال شبكات الاتصالات المختلفة ، أدى إلى اعتماد ما يعرف بالإدارة الالكترونية التي من شأنها أن تسهل حياة المواطن و تعزز الثقة بين هذا الأخير و بين مؤسسات الدولة. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الوقوف على مدى توفر و توافق الإمكانيات في الجزائر مع الأهداف المسطرة لهذا الصدد ، و ذلك من خلال استعمال المؤشرات و نظم المتابعة استنادا إلى مؤشر تنمية الحكومة الإلكترونية الصادر عن منظمة الأمم المتحدة " و ذلك بغية تحديد واقع الحكومة الإلكترونية في الجزائر و أهم متطلباتها . Abstract: The e-government is one of the current topics gaining the attention of researchers and those interested in new technologies. That's because of the improvement of administrative services that consider citizens' benefit from information and communication technology. Also, their access to information rapidly and quickly through various communication networks has led to the adoption of what is known as electronic administration that facilitates the citizen's life and enhances the trust between the latter and the government institutions. This study tries to determine the extent of availability and compatibility of capabilities in Algeria through the use of indicators and follow-up systems based on the e-government development index issued by the United Nations to determine the reality of e-government in Algeria And the essential requirements.
