الحماية الدولية لحقوق المرأة ودورها في حماية الأسرة

Résumé: تعتبر اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة الشرعة العالمية لحقوق جميع النساء، حيث نصت الاتفاقية والبروتوكول الملحق بها على جملة من الآليات لضمان القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، وقد تضمنت الاتفاقية مجموعة من الأحكام والإلتزامات التي يتعيّن على الدول اتباعها لتحقيق ذلك، كما اعتبرت الاتفاقية أن حماية الأسرة لا تتحقق إلا من خلال حماية حقوق المرأة و مساواتها التامة والمطلقة مع الرجل. زAbstract The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women is the global bill of rights for all women, as the Convention and its protocol provided for a number of mechanisms to ensure the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, and the agreement contained a set of provisions and obligations that states must follow to achieve this, as The Convention considered that the .protection of the family can only be achieved through protecting the rights of women and their full and absolute equality with men
