أثرتطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية الاستشفائية -دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية احمد بن بلة – خنشلة –

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسات العمومية الاستشفائية بالجزائر، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من الطاقم الطبي والإداري مكونة من 25 موظف لقياس تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية بالأبعاد التالية(التخطيط ، التنظيم ، القيادة ، والرقابة) وجودة الخدمات الصحية بالأبعاد التالية (الملموسية، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الأمان والثقة) حيث توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية موجبة عالية التأثير بين تطبيق ابعاد الإدارة الالكترونية وابعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية مجتمعة مما ينعكس إيجابا على الأداء المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية الاستشفائية. Abstract This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of e-management in improving the quality of health services in public hospital institutions in Algeria. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of medical and administrative staff consisting of 25 employees to measure the impact of e-management in the following dimensions (planning, organization, leadership, and control) and the quality of health services in the following dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, security and trust). The study found that there is a highly positive and direct correlation between the application of e-management dimensions and the dimensions of the quality of health services combined, which is positively reflected in the performance of Algerian public hospital.
