Résumé: تعتبر عملية ادماج الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجتمع صعبة و معقدة و تحتاج إلى تظافر جهود العديد من المؤسسات ، و توفر صناديق الضمان الاجتماعي عنصر الرعاية الصحية تجسيدا لفكرة مفادها أن عملية ادماج الطفل المعاق تنطلق من علاجه و الحفاظ على صحته كأولوية تقتضيها حالته الجسدية ثم بعدها تسهل عملية تعليمه و توظيفه مستقبلا ليصبح فردا منتجا في المجتمع تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الأداءات العينية التي يستفيد منها الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة و تقدير مدى ملائمتها لوضعهم المادي ، الصحي و الاجتماعي. Abstract : The process of integrating handicapped children in society is difficult and needs the efforts of many etablishments ; beside that, the social security provides the health care to improve an idea says :« curing handicapped children is the first and important step ; it takes the priority cause of thier physical condition needs it to integrate them ;after that, the charge of eductation and employment will be more easy to make them a productive people. » The purpose of this paper is to highlight the in-kind contributions that provided for children with special needs and assess their suitability for their Financial , health and social conditions
