التسويق الرقمي و مساهمته في تنشيط السياحة في الجزائر - دراسة عينة من السياح المحليين عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي-

Résumé: الملخص: تمثل الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة في التعرف على أهم أدوار التسويق الرقمي لتنشيط السياحة في الجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على نشر استبيان عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، و بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة 112 فرد الذين يمثلون السياح المحليين. كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و لمعالجة البيانات اُستخدم البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS 20. أوضحت النتائج انّ التسويق الرقمي يساهم في تسهيل التخطيط للسفر عن طريق توفير المعلومات حول مختلف العروض و المنتجات السياحية عبر الانترنت، اضافة الى ابراز أهم المواقع السياحية المتواجدة في الجزائر، و بالتالي زيادة الجذب السياحي، و من جهة أخرى تقليل الجهد على السياح . Abstract: The Principle aim of this study was to know the main roles of digital marketing in promoting tourism in Algeria through the dissemination of a questionnaire on social networks, and the sample size reached 112 individuals who represent the local tourists. It was based also on a descriptive approach and for data treatment the statistical software SPSS 20 was used. The results showed that digital marketing contributes to facilitating travel planning by providing the information about different touristic offers and products, in addition to .highlighting the main touristic sites located in Algeria.
