Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربية: حاولت الدولة البحث عن مصادر وقطاعات بديلة عن قطاع المحروقات لتمويل التّنمية الاقتصادية، بدل التركيز شبه الكلّي على قطاع المحروقات، فوجدت في السياحة بديلا استراتيجيًّا لاستغلال مواردها السياحيّة بشكل يضمن استدامتها ويغنيها عن الاعتماد على مصادر الثّروة الناضبة، The state tried to search for alternative sources and sectors for the hydrocarbons sector to finance economic development instead of the near-total focus on the hydrocarbons sector. In tourism, it found a strategic alternative to exploiting its tourism resources in a way that ensures its sustainability, which avoids dependence on depleted sources of wealth, because tourism is one of the most important leading alternative sectors to support the economy The national due to its effective role in economic and social development, and it is a source of income for any economy in the world because it is distinguished by bringing important income from hard currency and absorbing unemployment
