الشراكة الجزائرية الصينية على ضوء مبادرة الحزام والطريق: المكاسب والمخاطر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة واقع العلاقات الجزائرية-الصينية الراهنة، و المشاريع الاستثمارية التي تتيحها مبادرة "الحزام والطريق" للوصول الى بناء شراكة استراتجية شاملة تعكس طموحات البلدين الاقتصادية والسياسية، وتعتبر هذه المبادرة الصينية مشروعا اقتصاديا ضخما، يستهدف الاستثمار في البنى التحتية بشكل خاص. ومع انضمام الجزائر الى المبادرة فقد منحت لنفسها فرصة هامة من أجل مواكبة التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية المتواصلة، شرط تنويع الشركاء والأخذ بالحيطة تجنبا للوقوع في فخ مديونية محتملة، والسعي لاكتساب دور الفاعل الدولي المؤثر لا الفاعل التابع. Abstract: This paper aims to examine the reality of algeria-China's current relations and investment projects offered by the "Belt and Road" initiative to build a comprehensive strategic partnership that reflects the two countries' economic and political ambitions. This Chinese initiative is a huge economic project, aimed at investing in infrastructure in particular, As Algeria joined this initiative it has given itself an important opportunity to keep pace with ongoing global economic developments. provided that partners are diversified and cautiously taken in order to avoid a potential debt trap, andseeking to gain the role of an influential international actor, not a subordinate ator.
