أثر التمكين في الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية دراسة تطبيقية في جامعة بسكرة" The Impact Of Empowerment On Administrative Creativity Among Employees In Algerian Higher Education Institutions. Applied Study At Biskra' University

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات المبحوثين حول مستوى التمكين لدى العاملين بجامعة بسكرة وأثره في الإبداع الإداري لديهم. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: ووجود ارتباط موجب قوي نسبيا بلغت قيمته (R = 0.721)، كما نجد أن التمكين في هذا النموذج يفسر ما مقداره (50.3%) من التباين في مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين بالجامعة محل الدراسة.خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أهمها:العمل على تحسين مستوى التمكين لدى العاملين من خلال منحهم السلطة اللازمة والصلاحيات المناسبة التي تمكنهم من القيام بمهامهم على أكمل وجه، وهذا من اجل تعزيز الإبداع الإداري. The Study Aimed to Identify the level of the empowerment among Biskra' university employees and its effect on their administrative creativity. The study demonstrated that: There is a positive correlation (R= 0.721), furthermore; the empowerment variable in this model explains 50% in variance of employees' administrative creativity in this university. The study concluded by some recommendations as following: working on improving the empowerment through giving workers the necessary power to well per from their tasks for enhance the administrative creativity.
