واقع التنمية المستدامة في قانون الصفقات العمومية

Résumé: يعد قانون الصفقات العمومية من أهم آليات تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وصيانة المال العام وحمايته في الجزائر، هدفه تلبية حاجات المصالح المتعاقدة في مجال الأشغال واللوازم والخدمات والدراسات، ونظرا لتأثير هذا القانون على البيئة من جهة، وإنتشار الواسع لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة على المستويين الدولي والوطني من جهة أخرى، توالت المساعي الإيجابية لإثراء قانون الصفقات العمومية بالإعتبارات المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة، وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة في البحث عن مدى مساهمة قانون الصفقات العمومية الجزائري في تكريس مبادئ التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The Public deals is one of the most important mechanisms for achieving economic and social development and the maintenance and protection of public money in Algeria, Its goal is to meet the needs of the contracting interests in the field of works, supplies, services and studies, and given the impact of this law on the environment on the one hand, and the wide spread of the concept of sustainable development at the international and national levels on the other hand, positive efforts have been made to enrich the public deals with considerations related to sustainable development, so this study seeks to examine the extent to which the Algerian public deals contributes to the consolidation of the principals of sustainable development.
