الخدمات الالكترونية المتاحة في مجال عصرنة العدالة الجزائرية

Résumé: في ظل التطور التكنولوجي المذهل الذي يشهده العالم وتزايد حاجيات الأفراد، بات لزاما على الدولة تطوير المرافق العامة وعصرنة المؤسسات بما يقدم أفضل الخدمات التي تتسم بفعالية التنفيذ وسرعة الانجاز. لقد أصبح هذا الانشغال محل اهتمام كل الدول التي تسعى إلى الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة وإدراجها في البنية الإدارية ليكون لها الأثر الايجابي في تحسين الخدمات العمومية التي يستفيد منها المواطن. إن الجزائر كغيرها من الدول أولت اهتماما كبيرا بهذا الجانب، وسخرت له أضخم الوسائل العصرية لتحديث مؤسساتها وترشيد الخدمات التي تقدمها المرافق العمومية في كل المجالات، من ذلك الإصلاحات التي اعتمدتها الدولة الجزائرية على جهاز العدالة، الذي يعتبر من القطاعات الإستراتجية بحيث تمت عصرنته، وذلك بإدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة عليه، قصد تحسين الخدمات للمتقاضين ولمساعدي العدالة على حد سواء. كل ذلك في إطار مواكبة مشروع الإدارة الالكترونية الذي من شأنه تحويل عمل الإدارات العمومية من الأساليب الإدارية التقليدية إلى الأساليب الإلكترونية الحديثة. In light of the amazing technological development witnessed by the world and the increasing needs of individuals, it is incumbent on the State to develop public facilities and modernize institutions in order to provide the best services that are characterized by effective implementation and fast delivery. This concern has become the focus of interest of all countries that seek to benefit from modern technology and its inclusion in the administrative structure to have a positive impact in improving public services that benefit citizens. Algeria, like other countries, has paid great attention to this aspect, and has harnessed the greatest modern means to modernize its institutions and rationalize the services provided by public utilities in all fields. Among the reforms adopted by the Algerian state on the justice system, which is one of the strategic sectors to be modernized, is the introduction of modern technology to improve services for both the litigants and the justice professionals. All in line with the electronic management project, this will transform the work of public administrations from traditional management methods to modern electronic methods.
