Résumé: الملخص یحاول ھذا البحث الموسوم ب:"تعلیمیة اللغة العربیة في السنة الثانیة ابتدائي على ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات بین الجیل الأول والجیل الثاني" الكشف عن واقع تدریس أنشطة اللغة العربیة في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات، إضافة إلى التطلع على الإصلاحات التربویة والكشف عن المنھاج الجدید المسمى ب "الجیل الثاني" كذلك وصف وتحلیل لكتابي اللغة العربیة للسنة الثانیة ابتدائي فیما یخص الجیلین الأول والثاني والتطرق إلى عملیة التعلیم وسیرورة حصة الأنشطة الخاصة باللغة العربیة مع رصد أھم الصعوبات التي تواجھ المعلم خلال الدرس. The Abstract This research which is entitled « Didactics of Arabic language in the primary second year in the light of the Competency Approach between the first annd the second generation » tries to reveal the reality of teaching Arabic language activities using The Competency Approach, in addition to look at educationl reforms and unveiling the new curriculum called « second generation ». A description and analysis of the primary second Arabic language textbooks with regard to the first and second generations, and to address the process of education and the process of the share of special activities in the Arabic language while monitoring the most important difficulties facing the teacher during the lesson.
