الإشكاليات المنهجية في تحليل محتوى الويب

Résumé: لقد أحدثت تقنيات المحتوى الإلكتروني تطورا جوهريا في ميدان البحث، وفرضت واقعا جديدا فيما يتعلق بأداة تحليل المحتوى، ما جعل الباحث مطالبا بالإلمام بالإجراءات المنهجية من جهة، وأساسيات الكتابة الرقمية والنشر عبر الويب من جهة أخرى. لذا ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا التطرق إلى أهم المشكلات التي قد يواجهها الباحثون من حيث تحديد فئات الشكل والموضوع، ووحدات التحليل واختيار العينات ومعايير الصدق والثبات، مع عرض أنسب الطرق للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات كالاعتماد على معايير جودة المواقع الالكترونية في التحليل، وكيفية اختيار العينة، وغيرها من الأساليب التي من شأنها مساعدتهم في إنجاز بحوث تحليل محتوى الويب، بالإضافة إلى تقديم نموذج يبين كيفية دمج بعض معايير التقييم الإلكتروني مع فئات تحليل المحتوى التقليدي بغية التقليل من الأخطاء، وتحسين كفاءة وفعالية بحوث الإعلام والاتصال. Abstract : The e-content technologies have made a fundamental development in the field of research, and imposed a new reality concerning the content analysis tool, which pushed the researcher to be familiar with the methodological procedures on one hand and the basics of digital writing and web publishing on the other hand. Therefore, through this study we tried to address the most important problems that researchers may face in terms of identifying the format, subject, units of analysis, sample selection strategies and criteria for honesty and consistency, while offering the most appropriate ways to overcome these difficulties, such as relying on site quality standards, electronic analysis, how to choose a sample, and other methods that would assist them in carrying out analysis research, and web content, in addition, delivering a template showing how to integrate some e-evaluation criteria with traditional content analysis in order to reduce errors, improve efficiency and effectiveness of Media and Communication Research.
