Résumé: ملخص تعود بدايات الاهتمام بموضوع الرضا الوظيفي وتأثيره على سلوك الأفراد إلى بدايات القرن العشرين،وكانت أولى المحاولات هي محاولة تايلور صاحب نظرية الإدارة العلمية.إن أصحاب هذه النظرية،هم أول من فكروا عملياً في تفسير سلوك العامل في المنظمة وفي كيفية تحفيزه من أجل المزيد من العطاء والبذل،ولقد أدت نظرتهم نحو زيادة الإنتاج إلى اعتبار العامل أداة من أدوات الإنتاج،وعليه فلكي يتمكن الفرد من إعطاء أقصى طاقته الإنتاجية فلابد أن تهتم الإدارة بتدريبه على العمل وأن تراقبه بواسطة المشرفين مع تحفيزه مادياً ومعاقبته إذا قصر في إنتاج الكمية المطلوبة منه.ورغبة منا في تسليط الضوء على الواقع الممارساتي للرضى الوظيفي داخل المؤسسات التعليمية،جاءت هذه الدراسة،آملين أن تساهم هذه المداخلة في الكشف ولو بشكل بسيط عن الميكانزمات التي تؤثر في سلوك الافراد. Summary The professional satisfaction and its effect as a subject goes back to beginning of the 20 century , the first attempt was by Tailor , the scientific administration theory owner. Those who adopted this theory , were the first who thought pratically about how does the employee behave in his field and how can he be motivated as to do more effort . That theory led to increase in production created by employees as a result to the continuous motivation and control .the administration is required to pay more attention for the employees as to be well trained and motivated . There for , we prepare this study to shed light on the professional satisfaction reality inside educational institutions , hoping that it will contribute in uncovering mechanisms which influence people s behavior ,
