ضوابط الدعاية الإعلامية للأحزاب السياسية خلال الحملات الانتخابية في الجزائر

Résumé: تطور وسائل الإعلام وزيادة تأثيرها وتحولها إلى الفاصل في كثير من الاستحقاقات الانتخابية، والموجه الأقوى للهيئة الناخبة، لدرجة أصبح معها الوزن الانتخابي للأحزاب يقاس بحجم وثقل المؤسسات الإعلامية المنضوية في صفها، جعل المشرع الجزائري يحرص على ضمان التوازن والمساواة بين الأحزاب السياسية في حملتها الانتخابية، وعدم ترك الأمر لتأثير وسائل الإعلام، وعليه فقد نص على مجموعة ضوابط لتسيير الدعاية الإعلامية الحزبية خلال الحملات الانتخابية، محاولا من خلالها إبعاد التنافس الانتخابي عن اللوبي الإعلامي لكل حزب وإبقائه فقط تنافسا حول البرامج والأفكار. Summary: the development of the communication means and its increasing effect which becomes the result of so many election, and can change the orientation of the elections. As a result, the power of any party can be measured according to the communication enterprises which are supporting it. And therefore, the Algerian legislator has insisted about the quality between the political parties during elections campaign by controlling those means of communications and has created a set of rules for this campaign and the management of the communication propaganda of the parties during the elections campaign- by this, the legislator was trying to keep away the communication lobby from the election competition and as a result, the competition should be only about programs and ideas.
