Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في قدرة الجزائر على وضع استراتيجيات فعالة لتحقيق أمنها الطاقوي ودور هذا الأخير في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي آفاق 2030، بالتطرق إلى الأمن الطاقوي والأمن الغذائي وتبيان طبيعة العلاقة بينهما، ومعرفة واقع وإمكانيات الجزائر من الطاقات والغذاء، ودراسة مختلف التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وضع استراتيجية انتقال طاقوي ناجع وفق برامج وسياسات وخطط زمنية محددةمع مراعاة خصوصيات الاقتصاد الوطني، يساهم في تحقيق الأمن الطاقوي للجزائر، وأن نجاح وتحقيق هذا الأخير يساهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي للجزائر إذا ما تم تنسيق الجهود في إطار التكامل القطاعي. Through this study, we aim to examine Algeria's ability to develop effective strategies for achieving its energy security and its role in achieving food security in 2030, by addressing energy security and food security, identifying the nature of their relationship, knowing the reality and potential of Algeria in terms of energy and food, and studying the various challenges facing Algeria. The study found that the development of an effective energy transition strategy in accordance with specific programmes, policies and time plans, taking into account the specificities of the national economy, contributes to Algeria's energy security and that the success and achievement of the latter contributes to Algeria's food security if efforts are coordinated within the framework of sectoral integration.
