العلاقات الروسية الغربية والأزمة الأوكرانية 1990-2019

Résumé: إستطاعت روسيا أن تؤسس لنفسها سياسة خارجية مستقلة ومنفتحة علي العالم ، مكنتها من إستعادة هيبتها وإستعادة دورها ومكانتها العالمية التي فقدتها بسقوط الاتحاد السوفياتي وهي ذات قوة اقتصادية وعسكرية، تشعر بواجبها بل وبحقها في المشاركة في تحديد مصير العالم حتى وإن كانت وسائلها في مرحلة معينة محدودة. وهذا الأمر ينطبق على روسيا تماما،فحاول فلاديمير بوتين إعادة بناء الإمبراطورية الروسية من جديد من خلال عدة إستراتيجيات جديدة منها عدم الدخول في مواجهات مع الغرب وخاصة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، والسعي إلي عالم متعدد الأقطاب ، وتكوين تحالفات إقليمية ودولية جديدة . Russia was able to establish itself as an independent and open foreign policy to the world, enabling it to regain its prestige and regain its international standing and position, lost by the fall of the Soviet Union with economic and military power, which feels its duty and even its right to participate in determining the fate of the world. Vladimir Putin has tried to rebuild the Russian Empire through several new strategies, including not engaging in confrontations with the West, especially the United States of America, in the pursuit of a multipolar world and the formation of new regional and international alliances.
