واقع الصناعة الدوائية والتحديات التي تواجهها عالميا

Résumé: تعد الصناعة الدوائیة من الصناعات الحیویة والإستراتیجیة الهامة على المستویین المحلي و العالمي، خاصة لارتباطها بصحة الإنسان وإستقراره مما جعلها تحوز على اهتمام كبیر من مختلف الدول. و نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع الصناعة الدوائية العالمية، و التحديات التي تواجهها، باعتبارها نشاطا استراتيجيا و السلعة الأكثر طلبا اجتماعيا واقتصاديا ، وكذا مصدرا هاما لتحقيق قيمة مضافة سواء بالتصدير أو بالاستثمار المباشر في الأسواق العالمية، و ذلك في ظل التحولات التي يشهدها سوق الدواء العالمي، كاحتكار السوق من طرف مؤسسات عملاقة تمتلك قدرات عالية في مجال البحث والتطوير، وازدياد التحالفات بين أهم الشركات المصنعة في سوق الدواء العالمي، إضافة إلى تنامي سوق الأدوية الجنيسة وسقوط براءات الاختراع للعديد من الأدوية الأصلية. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the vital and strategic industries at the local and global levels, especially as it is related to human health and stability, which has made it very popular with various countries. We aim through this study to highlight the reality of the global pharmaceutical industry, and the challenges it faces, as it is a strategic activity and the commodity most requested socially and economically, as well as an important source for achieving added value, whether by exporting or direct investment in global markets, and in light of the transformations that it is witnessing The global drug market, such as the monopoly of the market by giant institutions that possess high capabilities in the field of research and development, and the increase of alliances among the most important manufacturers in the global drug market, in addition to the growing market for generic drugs and the fall of patents for many of the original medicines
