Résumé: الملخص: تعد الصناعة الدوائية صناعة استراتيجية لها أهميتها البالغة في تحقيق الأمن الصحي، وبدرجة أكبر الأمن القومي، ما مكن الدول المتقدمة من السيطرة غير المباشرة عن طريق براءات الاختراع الدوائية على الدول النامية، وذلك بفضل ما تضمنته اتفاقية تريبس من أحكام كرست هيمنة الدول المتقدمة بالدرجة الأولى، ثم أعطت بعض الحقوق للدول النامية في ذلك، والتي لا يمكنها بأي حال أن تخلصها من تبعيتها تكنولوجيا للدول المتقدمة، وخاصة في مجال الصناعة الدوائية، ولعل اللقاحات الواقية من داء كورونا، وسيطرة الدول المتقدمة على صناعتها وتسويقها اكبر دليل على ذلك. :Abstract The pharmaceutical industry is a strategic industry that is critical to health security and, to a greater extent, national security, enabling developed countries to take indirect control through pharmaceutical patents on developing countries, thanks to the provisions of the Trips Convention that enshrined the dominance of developed countries primarily, and then gave some rights to developing countries, which in no way can eliminate their technological dependence on developed countries, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, and perhaps vaccines that protect against Corona disease, and the control of developed countries in their manufacture and marketing is the greatest proof of this.
