Résumé: الملخص: تتولى الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية مهمة تسجيل المواد الصيدلانية والمستلزمات الطبية والمصادقة عليها، ومراقبتها، وتكلف الوكالة على الخصوص بتسجيل المواد الصيدلانية ومنح مقرر التسجيل وتجديده، وعند الاقتضاء، تعليقه، وسحبه، والتنازل عنه، وتحويله بعد رأي لجنة تسجيل المواد الصيدلانية، بالإضافة إلى مراقبة النوعية وإجراء الخبرة الخاصة بالمواد الصيدلانية والمستلزمات الطبية، ومسك المواد القياسية والمنتجات المرجعية على الصعيد الوطني، وذلك وفق ضوابط قانونية محددة. كما تكلف بالقيام بمهام التدقيق والتفتيش الميداني التي ينجزها مفتشون تابعون للوكالة، وتشمل على الخصوص، مراقبة تطبيق قواعد الممارسات الحسنة الصيدلانية ومقاييس المستلزمات الطبية وفقا للتشريع والتنظيم المعمول بهما.
