Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في دور الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية خاصة في ظل أحكام القانون 18/11 المؤرخ في 2 يوليو 2018 المتعلق بالصحة ونصوصه التنظيمية باعتبارها مؤسسة عمومية ذات تسيير خاص، والتي تضمن على الخصوص مهمة عمومية في مجال تسجيل المواد الصيدلانية والمستلزمات الطبية ذات الاستعمال البشري والمصادقة عليها ومراقبتها. This study aims to research the nature of the role entrusted to the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Materials especially in light of the provisions of Law 18/11 of July 2, 2018 related to health and its regulatory texts as a public institution with special management, which includes in particular a public mission in the field of registration of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies Human use, validation and control.
