نظام الإبتكار كآلية في تحسين التنافسية في قطاع التأمين سوق التأمينات بالجزائر أنموذجا خلال الفترة 2002- 2018

Résumé: تبحث هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل نظام الإبتكار ودوره في ترقية التنافسية إذا تم دمجه ضمن عمليات نشاط التأمين، مع تسليط الضوء على مجلات تعزيزه في تحسين وزيادة التنافسية في سوق التأمينات بالجزائر بتحليل أهم مؤشراته وأرقامه. وتشير نتائج الدراسة أن للإبتكار مساهمة كبيرة، في رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية والفنية وتنمية الموارد البشرية ، لذلك فإن النتائج المحققة في سوق التأمينات الجزائري تعتبر إيجابية من نمو في فروعة وتشكيله مكانة في السوق، و كذلك في مجال تطوير منتجات جديدة حيث بلغ عدد المنتجات المعروضة من طرف الشركات التأمين في حدود 85 منتج سنة 2006 ليصل حاليا أكثر من 100 منتج في التأمين وإعادة التأمين، ما يدل على نجاح آلية الابتكار في تطوير واستحداث منتجات جديدة مما يتيح لها إمكانية ترقية تنافسيتها بالمدى الطويل. Abstract : This study seeks to analyze the innovation system and its role in the promotion of competitiveness if it is integrated into the insurance activity operations . The results of the study indicate that innovation has a significant contribution, in Algerian insurance sector in terms of growth and composition in the market, also development of new products number offered by Insurance companies in the range of 85 products in 2006 to currently more than 100 products in insurance and reinsurance allowing them to upgrade their competitiveness in the long term Keywords: Innovation, Insurance, Competitiveness, Algeria
