Résumé: This study aimed to shed light on the role of external communication in improving the image of a service-oriented organization. The research focused on a telecommunications institution, specifically "Algerie Telecom - Oran Branch." The study sought to examine the reality of external communication in an Algerian organization, particularly in a service-oriented telecommunications institution. It aimed to highlight the significance of external communication and its effective role in attracting customers, as well as the organization's efforts to establish a positive image. This was achieved by emphasizing the nature of the relationship between the organization and its external audience, as well as the key communication methods used to attract customers. The study concluded that external communication plays an active role in enhancing the organization's image, and that "Algerie Telecom" is making diligent efforts to gain the favor of its customers through its advertising strategies.
