سياسة التوظيف بين الرأسمال الاجتماعي و الرأسمال الثقافي دراسة ميدانية بالمصلحة الجوارية آفلو

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الرأسمال الاجتماعي و الرأسمال الثقافي على سياسة التوظيف في المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجوارية آفلوا ، و ذلك من أجل معرفة أي السياستين أنجع في التوظيف ، هل عن طريق الرأسمال الاجتماعي أو الرأسمال الثقافي ، و قد تم استخدام كل من أداة الاستمارة و المقابلة لجمع البيانات بالاعتماد على عينة طبقية من مجتمع الدراسة. حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن سياسة التوظيف تخضع في أغلب حالاتها للرأس المال الاجتماعي، ولكن هذا لا يعني التسليم المطلق ففي بعض الأحيان والتخصصات نجد أن الرأس المال الثقافي هو الأساس في نيل المناصب. Summary The study aims to know the extent of the impact of social capital and cultural capital on the employment policy in the Aflou Neighborhood Health Hospital Institution, in order to know which of the two policies is more effective in employment, whether through social capital or cultural capital, and both the questionnaire and interview tools were used to collect data based on a stratified sample of the study community. The results of the study showed that the employment policy is subject in most cases to social capital, but this does not mean absolute surrender. In some cases and specializations, we find that cultural capital is the basis for obtaining positions. Keywords: Employment policy; social capital, cultural capital
