دور الخدمات الإدارية الالكترونية في ترقية الخدمة العمومية في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تعتبر الخدمات الالكترونية للجماعات من أهم الاستراتيجيات المتبعة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية من أجل تحسين الخدمة العمومية وتقريب المواطن أكثر من الإدارة، وأن الخدمات الإدارية الالكترونية تحسن من نوعية الخدمة العمومية المقدمة من قبل الجماعات المحلية ، لذلك ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على مفهوم الخدمة العمومية المقدمة من الجماعات المحلية و الخدمات الإدارية الالكترونية المقدمة على المستوى المحلي. The electronic services of the communities are among the most important strategies adopted by the Algerian state to improve the public service and bring the citizen closer to the administration. In addition, the electronic administrative services improve the quality of public service provided by the local communities. Therefore, we focused on the concept of public service provided by the local communities and electronic administrative services provided at the local level.
