واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى عمال مصنع Top Gloves The Reality Of The Quality Of Work Of Employees In Factory Top Gloves

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية والفروق من حيث الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة بمصنع Top Gloves Latex Industries لإنتاج القفازات الطبية بعين تموشنت، حيث تم استخدام استبيان خالد عبد الكريم (2017 ) وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 50 عامل، بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأسفرت الدراسة عن وجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الحياة الوظيفية، وجود فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وعدم وجود فروق من حيث جودة الحياة الوظيفية تبعا لمتغير السن والمستوى التعليمي . This study aims to identify the level of quality of working life and the differences in terms of gender, age, and educational level. The study was conducted a sample of the Top Gloves Latex Industries factory for the production of medical gloves in AinTemouchent, where the questionnaire of Khaled Abdel Karim (2017) was used and applied. On a sample of 50 workers, following the analytical descriptive approach. The study resulted in a high level of the quality of working life, the presence of differences in terms of the quality of working life according to the gender variable, and the absence of differences in terms of the quality of working life according to the variable of age and educational level.
