Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والارتياح النفسي لدى عمال المؤسسة المينائية، والعلاقة بين أبعادها (نظام الأجور، التوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والوظيفية، الأمن والصحة المهنية) والارتياح النفسي، وقد تم استخدام استبيان وزع على عينة مقدرة ب70 عاملا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة العلاقة موجبة ووجود علاقة بين أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية والارتياح النفسي لدى عمال المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة. The study aimed to find out the nature of the relationship between the quality of work life and psychological satisfaction among port institution workers, and the relationship between its dimensions (wage system, balance between personal and work life, security and occupational health) and psychological satisfaction. A questionnaire was used and distributed to a sample estimated at 70 workers. The study concluded The nature of the relationship is positive and there is a relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life and psychological satisfaction among the workers of the Skikda Port Corporation.
