Résumé: Keeping abreast of global developments in public administration; Algeria has sought to reflect a national vision of electronic transformation within the E-Algeria project and several government plans to modernize public administration in various sectors and facilities that provide administrative services to the public. From a legal and regulatory standpoint, a set of legal texts; Legislative and regulatory had been adopted to organize the transition from the traditional paper-based of administrative transactions to the electronic course, the attendant obligations of the General Facility, guarantees of the rights of the citizens, the protection of their data and privacy, the general procedures established by administrative law in administrative work, and a penal code through the adoption of relevant legal provisions to protect electronic management systems and databases from any electronic crime. In the context of the digital transformation process, a group of ministerial sectors that have achieved progress on the electronic track, such as the sectors of the interior and local collectivities, justice, finance, employment and social security, as well as some public and supervisory bodies. In order to ensure the success of the sectorial programs of digitization and to keep up with other national and international experiences in this regard, public bodies concerned with the development of administrative digital systems have been approved, mainly by the Ministry of digitization and Statistics and the National Agency for the Development of digitization.
