آليات ترقية أداء الإدارة المحلية في الجزائر

Résumé: تلعب الإدارة المحلية دورا هاما في الدولة باعتبارها المسؤول الأول عن تقديم الخدمات على المستوى المحلي، الأمر الذي جعلها محل اهتمام يتزايد يوما بعد الآخر بهدف ترقية الخدمات الإدارية وتطويرها، وعليه سنسلط من خلال هذه الدراسة الضوء على السياسة العمومية للتسيير المحلي في الجزائر، من خلال التعرف على النظام القانوني للإدارة المحلية، وإبراز دور الفاعلين المساهمين في تحقيق الحوكمة المحلية، والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تعرقل عمل الجماعات المحلية كل ذلك في سبيل حصر وبيان آليات ترقية الإدارة المحلية في الجزائر. The local administration plays an important role in the state because it is the first responsible for providing services at the local level, for that it was a subject of increasing interest in order to upgrade and develop administrative services, by explain the legal system of local administration, and the role of actors contributing to achieving local governance, and identifying the difficulties that impede the work of local communities, all of this in order to limit and clarify the mechanisms for promoting local administration in Algeria.
