واقع وتحديات التعليم الرقمي في الجزائر في ظل جائحة كورونا (covid-19)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم التعليم الرقمي ومميزاته وأهم أنواعه، وكذا وصف واقعه في الجزائر، والتحديات التي تواجهه، مع إعطاء نماذج عن الجهود المبذولة من طرف الجزائر لترقية التعليم الرقمي في المدارس والجامعات الجزائرية. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى التعليم الرقمي يعتبر من مظاهر التطور التكنولوجي ويقدم بديلا أفضل للتعليم التقليدي، ورغم الأهمية إلا أن هذا النوع من التعليم تقف سبيل تطبيقه عدة معيقات، وتبقى جهود الجزائر لا ترقى للمستويات العالمية ومن بين أهم العوائق ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، حيث أن الجزائر تحتل مراتب متأخرة عالميا في مجال الانترنيت. Abstract: This study aims to identify the concept of digital education, its advantages and the most important types, as well as describe its reality in Algeria, and the challenges it faces, while giving examples of the efforts made by Algeria to promote digital education in Algerian schools and universities. The study concluded that digital education is one of the manifestations of technological development and offers a better alternative to traditional education. Despite its importance, this type of education stands in the way of its application, several obstacles, and Algeria’s efforts remain not up to global levels and among the most important obstacles is the weakness of the digital infrastructure, as Algeria It ranks behind the world in the field of the Internet.
