معالم العلاقة التربوية بين المعلم والمتعلم من خلال قصة سيدنا موسى والخضر عليهما السلام

Résumé: هدف البحث إلى بيان معالم العلاقة التربوية بين المعلم والمتعلم من خلال قصة سيدنا موسى مع الخضر عليهما السلام، كما ذكرت في الكتاب والسنة، لما لمعالم هذه العلاقة من أهمية كبرى، حيث تصلح بها العملية التعليمية وتؤتي ثمارها المرجوة منها وقد تم استخدام المنهج الإستنباطي، لما يتوافق وطبيعة هذه الدراسة وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث استنادا لما استخرج من قصة سيدنا موسى عليه السلام في رحلته لطلب العلم مع الخضر عليه السلام أن: العلاقة التربوية التي تربط بين المعلم والمتعلم هي علاقة تربطها وتحكمها ضوابط وشروط موضوعية تحدد الأدوار والأنشطة المطلوبة لكل منهما، وأخلاقيات التعامل بينهما، والتي تحدد ما يصدر عن كل منهما اتجاه الآخر، فمنها ما يتعلق بعلاقة المعلم اتجاه المتعلم ومنها ما يرتبط بعلاقة المتعلم حيال معلمه، بما يضمن استمرارية مسيرة العلاقات التربوية في اتجاه تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية. Abstract: The aim of the research is to describe the contours of the educational relationship between the teacher and the learner through the story of our master Moses with al-Khidr, peace be upon them, because of the contours of this relationship of great importance. The researcher used the dedutive method, because it is consistent with the nature of this study. The results of the research, based on what was extracted from the story of our master Moses, with al-Khidr, peace be upon them, showed that : The educational relationship that binds the teacher and the learner is a relationship that is linked and governed by objective controls and conditions that define the roles and activities required for each of them, and the ethics of dealing between them, which determines what each of them issues towards the other. To ensure the continuity of educational relations in the direction of achieving educational goals.
