محاولة قياس تأثير التسويق الشبكي على الأداء التنظيمي للمؤسسات (دراسة حالة على مجموعة من المؤسسات الجزائرية)

Résumé: The study seeks to attempt to measure the impact of web marketing on the organizational performance of institutions, for this many organizations have been chosen to diagnose the reality of the use of web marketing and the extent of its impact on performance and its originality, then propose a set of recommendations that show this influence and it contributes to the growth and development of the performance of the institutions studied. In our study, we used the inductive-descriptive method; who studies the particular to generalize the results to the whole, the issue of the study was addressed through-: Field study: design of a questionnaire form for the institutions under study, by using statistical means and tools, then analyzing the results and testing hypotheses. this study resulted in a number of recommendations, the most important of which arethe need for Algerian institutions to provide more attention and support to adopt clear strategies for using the web marketing methodemanating from the general strategy of the company. Also, the need to diversify the marketing programs offered to its members and different marketing methods,and also the need to focus on using modern technology as the basis for the implementation of its marketing programs, this in order to improve the organizational performance of workers in these institutions.
