تقنين مقياس الدافعية للإنـجاز على طلبة الجامعة الجزائرية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعادة تقنين مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز على طلبة الجامعات الجزائرية (ورقلة- الوادي- بسكرة)، والمقياس معد من طرف عبد اللطيف محمد خليفة بجامعة القاهرة سنة 2006. وتم تقنين المقياس بعد تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية طبقية شملت 438 طالبا وطالبة، وأصبح المقياس في صورته النهائية يتكون من 05 أبعاد، وهي: الشعور بالمسؤولية، السعي نحو التفوق والطموح، المثابرة، الشعور بأهمية الزمن، التخطيط للمستقبل. The scale was codified after it was implied on a stratified random sample involved 438 male and female students, and it consisted of 5 dimensions in its final form: the sense of responsibility, the pursuit of excellence, ambition, perseverance, the sense of the importance of time, and planning for the future
