Résumé: يعتبر التوقيع من الشروط الأساسية في توثيق أغلب المعاملات سواء في الصورة التقليدية أو الصورة الإلكترونية ولعدم وجود ضمانات تحمي هذه المعاملات الإلكترونية، أصبحت هناك الحاجة لتأمين التوقيع الإلكتروني، فظهرت آليات تضمن حماية البيانات والمعاملات الإلكترونية، فتمثلت هذه الآليات في تقنية التشفير عن طريق وضع أرقام وحروف سرية، ويتم التصديق الإلكتروني بتدخل طرف ثالث يعرف بجهة التصديق تقوم هذه بإصدار شهادات التصديق الإلكتروني.Signature is consideredone of the basic conditions in documenting must transactions, whether in the traditional or electronic image, and there lack of guarantees that protect these electronic transactions, there is a need to secure the electronic signature, so the mechanisms that guarantee the protection of data and electronic transactions appeared, so these mechanisms were represented in the encryption technology by placing number and letters confidentiality, and the electronic certification is done with the intervention of a third party known as the certification body, these issue electronic certification certificates.
