Résumé: ملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار بالجزائر في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي باستخدام الحوافز الجبائية، حيث أنه في ظل بيئة عالمية شديدة التغير استدعى الأمر من الجزائر أن تخلق أجهزة حكومية تستخدم الحوافز الجبائية كأساس لجذب ودعم الاستثمار الأجنبي، للتقليل من الواردات والزيادة في الإنتاج لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، ولقد توصل البحث إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار بالجزائر قد ساهمت بنسبة قليلة في عملية جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي باستخدام الحوافز الجبائية ويرجع السبب إلى أن المناخ العام للاستثمار في الجزائر لا يشجع على الاستثمار Abstract This research aims to indicate the role of the National Agency for Investment Development in Algeria in attract foreign investment by using fiscal stimulus , Where it under severe changing global environment summoned from Algeria to Create government agencies are using fiscal stimulus To attract and support foreign investment to reduce imports and increase production to achieve economic development. The study has resulted that the National Agency for Investment Development in Algeria has contributed to a few percent in the process of attracting foreign investment by using fiscal stimulus, The reason for this is that the overall investment climate in algeria does not stimulate on investment.
